Korean Cartoon Artist Yeon-Sik Hong Searches for Comfort Outside Of Seoul in "Uncomfortably Happily"

Korean cartoonist Yeon-Sik Hong writes about his move with his wife to a small house on a mountain, to escape the noise pollution and high cost of Seoul. But existential questions persist. Hong paints an intimate portrait of his relationship, and the couple's concerns about artistic success, stability, making ends meet and their adaptation to their new surroundings. "Uncomfortably Happily" is translated by American cartoonist Hellen Jo.
