We’re supposed to drink water every day. Coffee, tea, juice, and certainly beer (as much as we’d love to change this), do not count. A person who takes part in a moderate level of activity should drink about ½ a gallon of water per day. An active person should have about ¾ a gallon of water, or even more!

But, let’s face it, as much as a person can love water—it gets boring.

Try out these water-hack recipes to add some flavor, nutrients, and excitement to your daily dose.

Lemon-Basil-Cucumber (add sparkling water to make it a spritzer!)
