Ingredients:

A mug-full of hot Water
3 tablespoons of chopped Turmeric Root
5 tablespoons of chopped Ginger Root
One spoonful of Bee Pollen
Juice from half a Lemon


1) Boil the mug-full of hot water and leave to the side.

2) Cut off the skin of the turmeric and ginger root. Chop into pieces.

3) Put spoonful of bee pollen in hot water and stir.

4) Add chopped ginger and turmeric root

5) Add juice of half a lemon.

6) Enjoy and experience the cold-killing effects of this root tea!
