Jaipur Literature Festival

Est-il possible d'organiser un événement d'essence culturelle en cette période troublée sans se préoccuper de l'actualité du monde ? à l'évidence non. En donnant à voir « les grandes » et « les petites » histoires de la bande dessinée, il laisse à chacun le choix de venir chercher un éclairage sur le monde et sur le sens de l'existence ou de trouver, tout simplement, un moyen de se distraire pour échapper à ses contingences. Pour nous, ces deux approches de la bande dessinée peuvent être tout aussi respectables. Elles se conjuguent d'ailleurs parfois avec bonheur et de plus en plus de lecteurs passent d'un registre à l'autre en de constants allers et retours.
