Finding True Movement Potential
A good fitness practice is one you repeat. This allows you to go deeper into understanding what each exercise offers, ultimately not having to think about the “doing.” Through repetition, you can concentrate on expanding within each exercise as you become more familiar with its form. As you become more comfortable with each exercise, you are more apt to “let go,” allowing the mind to fall away and with it the old habits and fears that have held you back. As these dissolve, you are well on your way to finding greater flexibility leading to your true movement potential.
