The Bangalore Literature Festival is India's largest community-funded independent literary event. Its inception in 2012 and second edition in 2013 attracted over 200 authors and artists from India and abroad. The festival made its mark with audiences of over 18,000 people thronging to the sessions over the three days of each edition.

BLF celebrates the Garden City and commemorates the literary diversity of India by showcasing Indian authors, publishers, and literary thinkers, especially amongst the youth of the city.

This year's festival will be held between the 17th–18th of December, in the Hotel Royal Orchid in Bangalore.
