Rates and Services

All book orders, to anywhere in the world, are shipped free of charge. It’s true!

  • On rare occasions for certain special orders, a shipping charge may apply. This will be noted on the book page and as you check out.
  • You are also responsible for any taxes or customs duties, as more fully detailed in the Terms of Use.
  • Book orders are shipped via USPS Standard Mail or Priority International Mail, depending on the destination.
  • Express shipping may be available on selected books for a fee, which is based on the weight of the book and its destination. Express shipping and the related fee will be indicated as an option during the checkout process where available.
  • Tracking information for your order is provided when you are logged in to your account. However, please note that depending on your country of delivery international mail may not always allow this option to be available.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders will typically be shipped within two (2) business days unless stated otherwise on the book page. Please note that shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. Bookwitty shall not be responsible for any delays in shipping, which is handled by 3rd party carriers.
  • Credit card verification and authorization must be approved before we process your order and proceed with shipping.
  • Our 3rd party carriers deliver on business days, excluding holidays.
  • We ship from locations around the world, depending on your location. The origin of your shipped book(s) may be changed based on availability and your location to reduce the overall delivery time.

We are happy to accept returns of your purchased book(s) and refund your payment, subject to the following conditions.

We authorize returns and will refund your payment if the return request is received within 30 days of the delivery date of your book(s).

All returns are subject to the following:

  1. Any shipping fees are non-refundable unless an incorrect or damaged book was sent.
  2. The book(s) must be in the original condition and show no signs of being opened or read.
  3. Prepaid return labels are only offered when the return is the result of an error we made; otherwise you shall be responsible for all shipping costs of your return.

Prior to sending us your return, please contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and full instructions for the return. Please follow the return instructions carefully to ensure your refund will be processed. Note the following general guidelines:

  1. Pack your return securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from Customer Service. Attach your return label to the package.
  2. Upon receipt of the return, your refund request will be processed instantly. However, please note it may take 3-5 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
  3. Refunds shall be issued to the same credit card used to purchase the book(s).
