When Burma, now known as Mayan Mar was a British protectorate it was a wonderful country. Lord Louis Mountbatten was the governor after World War II, Aung San was the new governor. He was assassinated, and his daughter Aung San Suu Kyi was put under house arrest she was also a Nobel Peace Prize Winner. Since the military took over, slave labour, poverty and genocide has controlled the country.
